In common with its four London sister restaurants, Barrafina Adelaide Street serves authentic Spanish tapas, has a showpiece open kitchen and a slick, marble-topped bar lined with red leather-topped stools. Opened in 2014 by restaurateur brothers Sam and Eddie Hart, this Covent Garden branch is regarded as having the most adventurous food offering of the four sites. The daily changing specials board often boasts offal and rare cuts of meat while à la carte bestsellers include expertly executed fritters, tortilla and Iberian pork, plus decadent desserts such as doughnuts and chocolate sauce.
