Eleven Madison Park is the elegant flagship of the Make It Nice group created by Swiss-born chef Daniel Humm and US restaurateur Will Guidara. In 2019, Guidara left the business with Humm taking full control, but the duo’s combined vision lives on in this outstanding restaurant. It isn't simply Humm's precisely calibrated and award-winning cooking that secure the top spot at The World's 50 Best in 2017; it's not just the dining room’s unique brand of hospitality, gracefully balanced between formal and familiar, or the soaring art deco space, or the iconic art work hanging on the walls. It is, in the words of legendary French chef Fernand Point (said by many to be the father of modern French cuisine), "perfection: lots of little things done well".
