The timber-clad dining room opens up into the restaurant's gardens, with tables flanked by greenery and cacti, surrounded by rolling hills. There's a mix of individual and communal tables, making for an especially convivial atmosphere, and the dynamic Mexican menu from chef David Castro Hussong and pastry chef Maribel Aldaco Silva changes daily, reflecting the changing seasons and the best produce available.
