With a straightforward approach to uncomplicated dishes like tostadas and fillets of fish in addition to a spectacular raw bar spread, Bermúdez has also collated a prime selection of cured meat options for diners, some of which are sliced freshly on-site. The soundtrack to the casual space is the chatter and clinking of glasses by hipsters happily washing down the delicious food with a glass of craft beer or crisp, cool Mexican wine from the Baja coast, of which there is a bounty of options available.
