Live Twice – rather than being James Bond-themed – continues Singapore's love affair with Ginza's iconic cocktail bars, with a stripped-back neutral-toned interior that is pure Mid Century Japan. Sister bar to Jigger & Pony (No.2 in Asia's Best Bars 2022), the drinks here are exceptional like the delicate, aromatic Bamboo which mixes fino sherry, bianco vermouth, vodka, elderflower liqueur and shochu and the sweet and silky First Snow, a blend of vodka, lychee, pistachio liqueur and cream. There's a daily happy hour from 6-7.30pm where a selection of drinks are offered for just $11 plus there are bottled cocktails to take away, if you're not ready to finish the party just yet. When it comes to food there's a diverse choice of bar snacks, from seafood platters to katsu sandos and a clam dip with crackers that has become a cult classic.
