La Vie en Rosé: A nod to the UAE’s love of brunch culture, the restaurant recently made its ‘La Vie en Rosé’ Sunday brunch a permanent fixture, promising guests a journey radiating with joie de vivre. It features dishes including poached eggs with crab on toast, along with new dishes created by chef Navaneeth Chandran including pan-fried sea bream with herb sauce and roasted wagyu.
