This colourful dining room in the vibrant Getsemaní district of Cartagena was named the Miele One to Watch at Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants 2019. A far cry from starched tablecloths and silver service, it's a stylish, laid-back environment serving some of the most exciting Colombian and Caribbean cooking in the world today. Overseen by chefs Jaime Rodríguez and Sebastián Pinzón, dishes are packed with punchy flavours and executed deftly but without pretense. The wine list is also simple but seriously impressive.
