Set within London’s NoMad Hotel on Bow Street inside an old police station, Side Hustle draws on a number of influences to create a casual yet upmarket cocktail bar and restaurant. Latin America's influences play a part, particularly when it comes to the food and drink offering. The interior features a beautiful marble-topped bar and comfortable booths. The food menu draws the most on Mexico for inspiration, with classics including tacos and tostadas. There are Latin American-inspired classics on the cocktail list too, but plenty more to choose from besides, from a list of NoMad classics and more. Perhaps the most delectable of Side Hustle’s drinks, which are overseen by bar director Liana Oster, is the Pandan Negroni, an aromatic twist on the classic that will have you dreaming of your second before you've even finished your first.
