It's fair to say Tropic City is a one-off. Opened by two Swedish bartenders, Sebastian De La Cruz and Philip Stefanescu, in 2017, it's Thailand's first tropical bar and has made quite the impact, appearing as a new entry on Asia's 50 Best Bars list in 2019. The cocktail list is a fun one (that's the tropical spirit for you), packed with house-made infusions, reductions and tinctures, with sharing serves and an impressive non-alcoholic selection also on offer.
