It's worth looking out for this corner bookstore – but probably not if you're after a first edition of your favourite tome. In the grand tradition of speakeasies, the good stuff is hidden behind a bookcase. There are two menus on the go: one is made up of the Williams & Graham team's original creations and the other runs to 60 classic cocktails, drawing on the bar's show-stopping library of more than 500 spirits. There is no standing at this ever-popular Denver institution so be prepared to wait for a seat.
