Peru is pleased to present 'Pisco, the Spirit of Peru,' the brand that represents its most emblematic spirit.

Pisco is considered a fine grape distillate. It requires between 13 and 15 pounds of grapes (or 33.9 ounces) to produce every liter of spirit, and is exclusively crafted with freshly fermented must from pisco grapes.

Besides, pisco has an appellation of origin; its production is restricted to a 1200 km south coastal strip that links Lima, Ica, Arequipa, Moquegua, and Tacna.

This spirit is well-known for its finest flavours, aromas, and its versatility offer infinite possibilities for bartenders' creations.

Pisco has earned international recognition through prestigious awards, including Vinalies International (France), Les Citadelles du Vin (France), Selections Mondiales des Spiritueux (Canada), CINVE (Spain), and the International Wine and Spirits Competition (England).
