Not to be confused with Minibar by José Andrés, the Michelin two-star restaurant next door (which once played host to the Obamas on a Valentine's Day date night). Barmini is all about drinks, but with that same molecular ethos running through the menu. You can expect flavoured clouds, spherified cocktails and premixes aged in leather. The list runs to more than 100 drinks, but the main event is the Barmini cocktail tasting flights: your bartender's choice of cocktails, priced at $95 per person. The only thing to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.
