Raffles London at The OWO occupies a magnificent Grade II* Edwardian Baroque building in Whitehall, located in what was the Old War Office. It was once home to legends such as Sir Winston Churchill and Lord Haldane. The OWO is also associated with spies and espionage, as MI5 and MI6 had operations here during the 20th century. The building has undergone a monumental transformation comprising 120 rooms and suites alongside 85 spacious private residences. There are also nine destination restaurants and three bars, a luxurious Guerlain Spa, and a members health club by movement specialist Pillar Wellbeing.
